The Living Legacy Foundation believes education is the key to increasing donor designation and ultimately saving and healing lives.
When getting a learner’s permit, driver’s license or state identification card, Maryland’s youth will be asked whether or not they’d like to register to become an organ, eye and tissue donor. We believe allowing students the opportunity to learn the facts about donation and to ask questions will help dispel common myths while also providing them with enough information to make an informed donation decision.
Below are resources for educators to help us achieve this goal and provide students with important and valuable information about donation. For more information about any of these resources, or to schedule a presentation, please contact the Professional Education Department at 410-242-7000 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
