Manager, Community Outreach

Ieesha joined the Living Legacy Foundation of Maryland in 2010 from her native home of California. She worked in the Hospital Services Department for seven years before she transitioned to the Community Outreach Department in 2014. She soon became manager for the team, working to increase the awareness of the great need for organ, eye, and tissue throughout Maryland.

Ieesha has 16 years of experience in the fields of healthcare and nonprofits, and has 10 years of experience in the field of Organ Procurement Organizations. She has worked for the American Lung Association, as well as the Rowell Foster Children’s Positive Plan.

She is a member of the Association of University Programs in Health Administration, current member of the National Kidney Foundation of Maryland's Patient Services Committee, and an active member the Association of Organ Procurements Organization for Public Education and Public Relations Council. Ieesha also serves as a leadership adviser to the Social Responsibility Committee at The LLF.

Ieesha holds a Master’s of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne.
