Manager, Community Outreach
Ieesha joined The Living Legacy Foundation of Maryland in 2010 from her native home of California. She worked in the Hospital Services Department for seven years before she transitioned to the Community Outreach Department in 2014. As the manager for the team, she works to increase the awareness of the great need for organ, eye, and tissue throughout Maryland.
Ieesha has over 16 years of experience in the fields of healthcare. She has worked for organizations such as Genzyme, LabCorp, the American Lung Association, as well as the Rowell Foster Children's Positive Plan, and OneLegacy.
She is a member of the American Public Health Association and serves on two committees for the Association of Multicultural Affairs in Transplantation. She also serves on the National Kidney Foundation of Maryland Patient Services Committee, and an active member of the Association of Organ Procurement's Organization for Public Education and Public Relations Council. Ieesha also serves as a leadership advisor to the Social Responsibility Committee at The LLF.
Ieesha holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne.
