Jessica began her career as a Medical Intensive Care Unit nurse at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, where she was introduced to the world of donation and transplantation. Her experience there ultimately inspired her to work for The LLF as an Organ Recovery Coordinator. She later transitioned within the organization to the role of In-House Coordinator for the LifeBridge Health system hospitals. Subsequently she worked as the Clinical Manager of Organ Recovery before transitioning into her current role as Manager of Hospital Services.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from The Catholic University of America, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing in Leadership and Management from Stevenson University Online. She is on the Ethics Committee at The LLF and is a Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator.
