Our Recruitment Process

Submission

Submit your application and updated resume to the position of your interest. Once you have completed the online application in ADP, you will receive a verification that it has been accepted in our system.

Review

A member of our HR team will review your resume and will be in touch within 2 weeks of submittal.

Phone Interview

If the initial review of your resume is found to be satisfactory, you can expect to be contacted by one of our Human Resources team members for a phone interview.

Onsite Interview

Following a successful phone interview, candidates will be asked to have an onsite, in-person interview with several member of leadership and/or senior department team members. Be prepared to answer a series of behavioral based questions.

Share Day

Upon completion of your onsite interview, you can be expected to be contacted within 5-7 business days. Certain roles at LLF are offered an additional step called a share day. A share day offers a strong, realistic job preview either at The LLF or one of our hospital partners.

Accept Offer

Once you have completed the share time experience, a member of our HR team will be in touch to provide feedback and/or extend an offer. With a formal offer, you can also expect information regarding our employee benefits and office perks.
